An automated entrance is only as good as the survey behind it. We start on site: gate weight and leaf length, ground levels and fall, post condition, duty cycle, power routes and how vehicles and people actually approach the opening. That determines the operator, not the other way round.
We install electromechanical and hydraulic systems from the manufacturers we trust to still be serviceable in ten years (CAME, BFT, FAAC, Nice, Roger Technology and Ditec) across underground, articulated-arm, linear ram and sliding rack configurations. Where an entrance sees heavy or continuous use, we specify to duty cycle rather than to the lowest price.
Every installation is handed over with a risk assessment, force-test results, a declaration of conformity and a documented handover. That is not an optional extra on a powered gate; it is what makes the installation legal.
Specified to duty cycle
A domestic operator fitted to a site with two hundred movements a day will fail, and it will fail out of warranty. We size the motor to the actual traffic and tell you the honest cost of doing it once.
Compliant from day one
A powered gate is machinery under the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008. Ours leave site force-tested to BS EN 12453 with the paperwork to prove it.
Serviceable in ten years
We install mainstream European hardware with a UK parts chain, so the system can be maintained by anyone competent, not just by us.
Need installation?
Surveys are free and quotations are itemised. Tell us about the entrance and we will come and look at it.
